What Your Practice Will Look Like
You’ll enjoy a predominantly outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consultative support in a well-resourced children’s hospital.
Your role includes:
- Outpatient pediatric neurology clinics
- Inpatient consultative services
- Shared call with primarily remote evening/weekend consultative coverage
- Opportunities to teach medical students and residents
- Participation in multidisciplinary pediatric care teams
You’ll be supported by:
- Pediatric hospitalists and intensivists managing primary inpatient care
- Dedicated inpatient EEG technicians
- On-site EEG and video EEG monitoring
- Pediatric neurosurgery collaboration
- Strong ancillary and pediatric specialty support
You’ll serve a large and growing pediatric population of more than 300,000 children across western Virginia.
